Shipping Questions

When Will My Order Ship?
Orders placed before 11 AM (EST) usually are shipped the same or following day. Most orders received Friday afternoon through Sunday will ship on that following Monday. Most US orders are shipped to arrive in 2-3 days.

Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Reserve holidays.

Although every effort is made to ship your order on time, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, IPS will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Where will my order be shipped from?
Most orders are shipped from Michigan; some out of stock orders are drop shipped from the East coast.

Shipping costs
We ship using a flat rate method, your shipping costed will be displayed in your cart before you complete your order. Your shipping costs can also be found on your order status page or your order confirmation email.

Shipped United States Postal Service -
We ship all our orders using USPS with delivery confirmation. Packages for the 48 states usually arrive within 2-5 Business days, however USPS shipping can take up to 10 business day.
If you would like your package shipped using a different method please contact us for rates and availability.

Different shipping and billing address
To prevent fraud, your bank may delay orders if your shipping address is different from your billing address. To prevent these delays, please let your bank know you will be ordering computer equipment from iPodSystems.com and are having it shipped to a different address.

Order lead time vs. shipping time
Order lead time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order. Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.
